GAIX Flash Report ("GAIX", "we", "us") is a product operated by SP&P Company Ltd, a company registered in Malta. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the GAIX Flash Report service, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What we collect

• Demo and contact requests: when you submit the form on this website we collect your name, work email address, business name, number of outlets, and your role.
• Service data: if you become a client, we process the operational figures you or your team submit (covers, revenue, costs, labour data) in order to provide reporting and advisory services.
• Technical data: our hosting providers may log IP addresses and basic request data for security and reliability purposes.

2. Why we collect it

• To respond to your demo request and prepare your sample report (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• To deliver the GAIX Flash Report service under our agreement with your business (performance of contract).
• To keep our website and service secure (legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Where your data lives

Demo requests and service data are stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) with our database provider, Supabase. Our website is served by Vercel. These providers act as data processors under GDPR-compliant terms.

4. How long we keep it

Demo request details are kept for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless you have become a client. Client service data is kept for the duration of the engagement and up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed with you.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email k.gatt@gaix.com.mt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

6. Cookies

This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies.
